Thanksgiving!

We drove over fo IF for Thanksgiving this year! We were able to leave Wednesday morning after Collin had an early-morning practice and I had to stop by the dr's office. It worked out great! We always have to come back before I want to due to wrestling practice on Saturday, but Collin was nice enough to at least skip practice Friday so we could have 2 days with family.

So, to start off the festivities, the girls--well, Tara, Jodee, Andrea, Megan and I--went to New Moon! wahoo! good one! I stand by my love of the books far more than the movies, but I do think it was way better than the first movie!! We had everyone in our family there but Cory. It is seriously surprisingly boring without him around, playing little tricks and making us laugh! Grandma Whittier came and ate with us, and Grandma and Charles Collier came over from Denver also. It was great. And also--no clue what I'm doing with whatever's on my fork in this picture. derr.
We had a great feast! My one regret: we ate pie too soon after dinner. We should have waited like another 2 hours so I was actually a little more hungry! Oh well. Turtle Pumpkin pie was my contribution and it went over great!

We had a huge game of Apples to Apples, and us kids played like 10 other games into the night... fun stuff! Friday morning Mom and I hit some great Black Friday sales. I am already almost done with my Christmas shopping!
