Fitness Challenge!

Drum roll..............

The Whittier Girls Fitness Challenge begins tomorrow!

My sisters, sister-in-laws and I have joined forces to push each other to get into better shape! It only took us 3 full days of spending time together to actually decide on something we thought would work!

I wanted to put it on here because hopefully I will be motivated enough to post updates on here!

I will be earning points for working out, drinking 64 oz of water a day, getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night, and keeping a food journal. We also have bi-weekly "extra" challenges that will be going on as well! These first two weeks it is no eating 3 hours before bed and it will be a rough adjustment for me and my emotional eating, but I am going to try!

We each put in and the grand prize will be $100, which is exciting, and then 2 people will also be winning $5 gift cards every week and every other week for the mini-challenges and weekly points as well. Whew! These last couple of years since I have had a child during wrestling season I have definitely ended up not in that great of shape by the time the end of February rolls around.... this year definitely no exception! I had always been planning on doing something to start getting in shape again once the season was over.... and this is going to be hard but awesome! Good luck all you Whittier ladies!
