Tomorrow is an important anniversary--the 2-year anniversary of my Senior Recital! If you know much about being a music major, you know that pretty much the entire 4 years of your undergrad is spent worrying and freaking out over the fact that you have a senior recital approaching! That's how I was anyways. I had a lot of performance/memory/confidence issues with my playing throughout my 4 years at BSU as a Piano Performance major. But never in my life have I worked so hard for something as I did for that recital! I didn't let myself go to bed until I had practiced 3 hours.... and it was more like 4 hours a day for the last couple of weeks leading up to my recital. 60 minutes of just me playing from memory -well!- is no small feat!
So I thought in honor of that great milestone for me, I would load some of the pieces from my recital onto my blog for everyone's listening enjoyment.. ha ha, I can't figure out how to do it. But if you hear beautiful strains of piano coming when you open this page, you'll know I succeeded! I guess pictures will have to do for now. Tomorrow I am planning on watching the entire DVD--with popcorn!

I remember this one, I was there! Of course, my recollection is that of a relaxing, enjoying evening with fabulous entertainment! You did wonderfully! Congrats on the anniversary. :)
That was cute! I had no idea there was that much pressure!
Wow. . you'll even be having POPCORN when you watch your grand production? That is really making me even MORE sad that I can't join you and watch it. I'm crying right now.
