We borrowed my parents' old walker for a couple of weeks until I found an exersaucer that I liked (and could afford) for Ashlyn. Collin thought it was just great seeing her zoom around in that thing, but I thought otherwise.

to here! (that trash can got knocked over like 5 times! I was just waiting for something bigger to crash down on her!) So, the walker has said it's goodbye. My family (the one I'm married to included) thought I was being an over-protective mom. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

at least she seems to love it - ellie will stand it for few minutes and she won't move around (although we did figure out that we could lower it so her feet can actually touch the ground...)
I don't know what I would do without ours!! Hawk LOVES his and I think its good for them... they also get to be somewhat independent. I know I just love walking around in our kitchen and have him follow me around in it. But I understand your worries. As long as you don't have stairs that the walker can tumble down I think you are just fine.
Ok, I keep coming back to this post just to look at the pictures. THEY ARE HILARIOUS!!! You do realize that as soon as she learns to crawl and walk, she will be zooming all over the place. But still. The pictures. SO. FUNNY.
