Wa-hoo!

Yay! The CHS Wrestling Spaghetti Dinner and Auction are over!! I was the Fundraiser Chairperson for the big live and silent auction. It's the wrestling team's big fundraiser--having an auction at their Spaghetti Dinner. It turned out to be a lot of work (which I have been working on since August). I ended up contacting over 50 local and chain businesses with donation requests--and that was just me. I ended up with the biggest number of donations (of course because I was in charge). A lot of parents helped out though--some were totally awesome and helped a lot so that was great.
This is the best shot of the tables I had. The ones on the right were like 8 tables long and pretty packed with live auction items. At the very back wall straigh ahead was the 2 tables of silent auction.
The auction made over $3100!

Some of the coaches chillin-don't they look good in their maroon and silver!

Here's our awesome auctioneer! This guy rules. He helped us out so much and he's so enthusiastic. I mean, he sold 2 potted poinsettas (about $60 value combined) for $200! (If you look closely I'm in the background to the right bent over a table in my maroon and silver sweater!)

Well now what? WRESTLING BEGINS!! The first dual meet is Thursday against Borah. . .

GO PATRIOTS!

I would love to get together when you come to town. Call me when you have some time! (P.S. I saw your family at the Nativity sets and saw Cory playing the organ Thursday night. What a talented family you have!!)

Hi Tonya! So I found your blog through surfing around others. I was so excited. I've been missing everyone & felt bad that I never e-mail with pics of the new baby because I lost the paper with all the e-mail addresses. You'll have to tell everyone hi from me, I loved the Halloween picture of the Young Women. You can check out our blog if you'd like. It's superstevensfamily.blogspot.com Also, I think I have Dakin's e-mail, I'll send an e-mail & hopefully be able to get everyone else's addresses!
