We did have fun on Thanksgiving still. We got invited to dinner at our neighbors', the Jahnsens. They are a really great couple that live behind us. So we all chipped in and put together a great THanksgiving meal! Cindy did most of it--I was so impressed, she's a great cook! We played games and stuff also so it was a fun relaxing afternoon.
I'm SO proud of myself! I made homemade rolls!! (and I'm NEVER doing it again! I'm not kidding, it took like 5 hours. What a waste of time. I guess it was a fun experiment...)

Here's Collin decorating some cute little pilgrim hats . . . I got the idea from one of my cute little piano students who brought me some. Too bad the yellow icing didn't work out--they're "red buckled"-hats I guess.

This Blog is pretty fun to check on periodically. It helps me feel connected to you guys. We missed you on Thanksgiving as well. Looks like you managed just fine.
I managed to keep the comsumption down until I saw the pies... that was a mistake, I mean to look at them. I ended up having three pieces, and then Mom sent some home with us. But luckily I was not interested that night and had to work the next day. Given enought time my kids made small work of the leftovers.
Tyger, Beau, Donna, Tylor, Kiri, Julie, Beau's friends, and Lana and our kids made it.
It was pretty relaxing. Although Tienna has been sick. Either she has some allergies going or has caught a cold. Either way she has been pretty miserable. I am glad she puts up with us.
we miss you. take care.
