January was one long, cold, snowy month. I hate January in the first place, it is always so depressing getting back into "real life" after the holidays. And it's always the busiest "wrestling season" month for us too--with dual meets weekly and tournaments every weekend. With the ugly weather we had this month it really made everything seem way worse. I'm sure I wasn't alone in feeling that way!
Anyway, Ashlyn and I did find things to do to keep ourselves from killing each other. One was playing outside...oh wait, it was like 10 degrees every day for 3 weeks so that only happened 2 times. Darn you freezing cold weather! I took some pictures anyway. Because I love this cute little bug. (this was on a "nice" day, when it was like 35. Felt like a heat wave!)

| She is not a super big fan of the snow. In fact, she pretty much avoids it. She prefers to wander around on the sidewalk and steer clear of the cold stuff! I'm sure that will change before too long! |
